All our staff is as minimum bilingual, if not trilingual, which means that for instance a learning & development department based in France will be in touch with one of our French-speaking account managers who has the relevant experience in e-learning. Similarly, a pharmaceutical company based in Italy will be in touch with one of our Italian-speaking account managers who has experience with the pharmaceutical & life science processes, protocols and documents.
