Dedicated Account Manager


At Transladiem, it is key to speak our client’s language. This statement is to be understood in its broadest sense. Our dedicated account managers are indeed carefully assigned to clients in order to create a match in terms of native languages spoken and industry expertise.

All our staff is as minimum bilingual, if not trilingual, which means that for instance a learning & development department based in France will be in touch with one of our French-speaking account managers who has the relevant experience in e-learning. Similarly, a pharmaceutical company based in Italy will be in touch with one of our Italian-speaking account managers who has experience with the pharmaceutical & life science processes, protocols and documents.

This constant alignment with our clients in terms of languages and expertise eases the overall communication and highly reduces the gaps in ambiguities or important details lost in translation as we know what our clients expect and how to best handle their projects.
