Transladiem has always been committed to respecting privacy and keeping personal data safe, in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and our customers’ expectations.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information of individuals within the European Union (EU). It establishes a new framework for handling and protecting the personal data of EU-based residents and is in effect since May 25, 2018. It provides the citizens of the EU greater control over their personal data and assures them that their information is protected.

At Transladiem, we make every effort to ensure our own processes are compliant with GDPR. Our privacy, security and data storage policies are aligned with the GDPR goals and objectives. We are also committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and below are some of the initiatives we’ve undertaken. 

Accountability

At Transladiem, we have established a privacy policy for our services, and we are committed to support and provide guidelines for data protection compliance through a framework of standard policies and procedures.

Customers’ personal data 

We deliver on our customer’s privacy policy objective by enabling comprehensive data flow and process maps for the customer’s data which is updated and is in line with the GDPR guidelines. We can incorporate a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) into our Terms of Service for customers who subscribe to our products, to have their data protected by GDPR.

Privacy and confidentiality

Programs, projects, and processes respect privacy and confidentiality from conceiving any idea or project.

Right to be forgotten

Transladiem allows permanent data deletion when this request comes from a vendor or customer.

Right to portability

Transladiem supports export request from customers.
